30 Day Challenge

It normally takes a minimum of 21 days of change to break a habit and alter the way your body and mind behaves. Bikram decided he would leave nothing to chance by making the challenge last 30 days (of continuous practice). Bikram Yoga will push your boundaries; mentally; physically and emotionally through this period.

We cannot urge you enough to try our 30 day challenge.When you are practicing regularly you can expect to see amazing results in just 30 days. You will begin to see powerful personal benefits as your mind, body and soul start connecting together as they are meant to. Detoxing the body through sweat, weight loss, calmer and less stressed, sleeping better, boosting your metabolism and firing up your energy, healthy glowing skin. The list is endless…….

 

Your part

Choose the best time to commit to your 30 day challenge schedule. Take your time making this decision, don’t rush it. This is very important. It’s all about making a commitment to yourself. Let us know at the Studio Reception when you want to start. If you have to miss a day, don’t worry you can still catch up with one double a week (but no more than once per week), or you can just do a double so you can have a day off.

Please talk to our teachers and keep us posted on your progress. There will be highs and lows but we’ll be there for you watching your progress – our team will be on hand to help, guide and support you every step of the way.

As much as being a physical challenge, this process is all about building your mental strength. This will lead to you becoming more powerful and focused in your everyday life.

Our part

Obviously all the staff and teachers are here to help, guide and support you through your journey. There will be many challenging times during your challenge. They will range from physical to start. Then move on to mental and if you’re lucky they may even start moving things emotionally. Please talk to us, most of the staff as well as all the teacher have been through this journey and a few word of support and encouragement can go along way.

When you successfully complete your 30 day challenge we want to celebrate with you and give you something back!

Whatever payment plan you have made for the 30 days while taking the challenge, we will credit your account with 15% of its value to go towards more classes or membership. Raj will give you a personal one on one assessment and session to help you keep right on top of your practice. Finally and most importantly, you will have transformed your life in ways you cannot yet imagine.
